Fitmin Nordic | Return & Refund Policy

At Fitmin Nordic, we stand behind the quality of our premium nutrition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Perishable Goods & Safety

Because we sell animal nutrition (dog, cat, and horse feed), we cannot accept returns on bags that have been opened or tampered with. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers' animals.

  • Opened Bags: Not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality defect.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Sales@fitminnordic.com with photos of the packaging.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at Sales@fitminnordic.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective or Wrong Items: Fitmin Nordic covers the full cost of return shipping.

  • Customer Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using Posti or Matkahuolto for reliable tracking within Finland.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
