TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made by you (the "Customer") from Husky Hideout Oy ("we," "us," or "our") through our website www.fitminnordic.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. THE CONTRACT
Your order is an offer to buy from us. The contract is only formed when we send you an Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., due to pricing errors or stock unavailability) before this point.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT
  • Prices: All prices are listed in EUR (unless otherwise stated) and include applicable VAT.
  • Shipping: Delivery costs will be displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
  • Payment: We accept MobilePay, Klarna, Vipps, and major credit cards. Payment is processed at the time of order.

3. DELIVERY
  • Timeline: We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are projections and not guaranteed.
  • Risk: Once the goods are delivered to the address you provided or collected from a pickup point, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
  • Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU and Finnish consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item. Items must be in original, unused, and resaleable condition.
  • Return Shipping: The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: We will process your refund to the original payment method within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

5. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@fitminnordic.com within 2 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, in accordance with your statutory rights.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Husky Hideout Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

7. PRIVACY
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.fitminnordic.com/policies/privacy-policy.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Finland or through the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
